A big farewell to all those who have supported us and followed our journey over the past four years.

I was hoping not to have to make this announcement, but unfortunately we're going to close Adore-you.com after 4 years. And why is that? Quite simply because we don't have the volume of orders needed to maintain a thriving business in these difficult times. It's with a heavy heart that I make this announcement, because I feel that we've really created a brand that speaks to many and has made a name for itself in the world of organic e-commerce. We have so many loyal customers and it's very disappointing to see that we've come so far and now have to give up.

The last few years have really been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. We're struggling with rising costs throughout the company and a huge increase in competition, as many large companies and groups are developing in the organic field, which we can't compete with.

I recently had a baby and will be returning to work full-time next year, and I can no longer juggle everything, especially if the business isn't thriving. I created Adore-you.com four years ago as a hobby project to help others shop more sustainably. I'm really disappointed that it didn't work out, but as I don't have any experience in online commerce, I think we've gone far enough and I believe we've made a difference and helped a lot of people in that time. So I'd like to take this opportunity to say a few words of thanks....

To our customers. We are sincerely sorry to disappoint our long-time loyal customers, who relied on us to select the best products for them. I can't thank you enough for your support over the past four years. We have all loved testing and selecting each product for you and seeing our products delivered to you and your loved ones.

I hope we've introduced you to many small, independent and eco-friendly brands that you'll continue to love.

On our marks. It was great to be part of the world of sustainable small business and to work with and alongside so many like-minded entrepreneurs. I'm really going to miss it, but I hope I can continue to support them in other ways.
